ORDER PROCESSING

Most Dunya Collections products are made to order. Please allow approximately 3–7 working days for your order to be produced and prepared for dispatch.

DELIVERY TIMES

After dispatch, delivery normally takes approximately 5–15 working days, depending on the destination and shipping method. Most customers should therefore receive their order within approximately 8–22 working days of ordering.

Standard or economy shipping routes may take longer. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and can be affected by customs, public holidays, severe weather or courier delays.

PRE-ORDER ITEMS

Estimated dispatch times for pre-order products will be stated on the relevant product page. If an order contains both available and pre-order items, they may be dispatched together once all items are ready.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information where available.

ADDRESS INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. If an order is returned because the address supplied was incorrect or incomplete, additional delivery charges may apply.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes or import charges. These charges are determined by the destination country and are the customer’s responsibility.
